This Privacy Policy provides information on how the Company will process your personal data as a user of the websites www.angulas-aguinaga.es, www.krissia.es, www.laguladelnorte.es, www.aguinamar.es, www.club-royal.es, www.angulasaguinagaprofesional.com and https://tienda.grupoaa.com (hereinafter, collectively, the “Website”).

The Company processes the personal data collected to manage the enquiries submitted through the Website contact form (name, surname and contact details), the personnel selection process for the Group companies and the relationship with you as a job candidate (name, surname, contact details and curriculum information), the subscription to AA’s database and/or Newsletter (name, surname and contact details), the purchase of products and, in general, for the provision of its own services (name, surname, contact details and payment data).

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal bases that allow the processing of your data by the Company for each of the purposes indicated are the consent granted by you for your inclusion in the database of job candidates in the Group companies and the contractual relationship for the provision of the requested service, even when the same is of a free nature.

5. RECIPIENTS

During the processing of personal data, the Company will not disclose such data to third parties except where required by law or with your prior consent, which will be requested where necessary. You will be informed of the consequences of refusing to provide such consent, including, where applicable, the inability to provide the requested service.
