1 LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE
These provisions regulate the use of the service of the websites www.angulas-aguinaga.es, www.krissia.es, www.laguladelnorte.es, www.aguinamar.es, www.club-royal.es, www.angulasaguinagaprofesional.com, www.lariunione.it, www.deligusti.it, https://tienda.grupoaa.com (hereinafter, jointly, the “Portal”) that ANGULAS AGUINAGA, S.A. (hereinafter, “AA”) makes available to Internet users.
ANGULAS AGUINAGA, S.A., a company with registered office in Irura, Calle Laskibar 5, CP 20271 – Irura (Gipuzkoa), with Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) A-20922811 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Gipuzkoa in Volume 1,866, Folio 156, Sheet SS-27,769.
Access to the website is free of charge except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the users.
Use of the Portal confers the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Portal service has a duration limited to the moment in which the User is connected to the Portal or to any of the services provided through it. Therefore, the User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each occasion on which they intend to use the Portal, as it and its conditions of use set out in this Legal Notice may be subject to modifications.
Some services of the Portal accessible to Internet users may be subject to specific conditions, regulations and instructions that, where applicable, replace, supplement and/or modify this Legal Notice and which must be accepted by the User before the corresponding service is provided.
2 INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All the contents of the Portal, understood to include, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the “Contents”), are the intellectual property of AA or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by the current legislation on intellectual property shall be understood to have been assigned to the User, except those strictly necessary for the use of the Portal.
Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by AA or third parties, and access to the Portal shall not be understood to grant any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.
3 CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL
The User undertakes to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to AA or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.
The use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the assets or interests of AA or third parties or that in any other way overload, damage or render unusable the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of AA or third parties is expressly prohibited.
The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable in accordance with the provisions of this Legal Notice. By way of example only, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:
Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 of this Legal Notice, as well as the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and which may be applicable at any given time, the use of certain services or requests addressed to AA is subject to the prior completion of the corresponding User registration
All information provided by the User through the Portal forms for the above purposes or any others must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data provided and will keep the information provided to AA perfectly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the User’s real situation. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damages caused to AA or third parties as a result of the information provided.
The Internet user who wishes to introduce links from their own websites to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, without ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:
4 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of AA to verify the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it. The contents of this page are of a general nature and do not constitute, in any case, the provision of any type of legal or tax advisory service, and therefore such information is insufficient for the User’s personal or business decision-making.
AA is not responsible for decisions taken based on the information provided on the Portal nor for damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions that have the information obtained from the Portal as their sole basis.
Access to the Portal does not imply the obligation on the part of AA to control the absence of viruses or any other harmful computer element. It is the responsibility of the User, in any case, to have appropriate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs.
AA is not responsible for damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of AA. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.
AA is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User that originate from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or prior to it.
The Portal access service includes technical linking devices that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, AA acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”), and shall only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has effective knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with unlawful or inappropriate contents, they may notify AA, although in no case shall this communication entail the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case shall the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with those responsible for or owners of them, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of AA with the statements, contents or services provided.
AA is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdated nature, unavailability, error or uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to AA.

6 LEGISLATION
