In Spain, Angulas Aguinaga has introduced two new categories into the market, thanks to its continued capacity for innovation in products such as the cocotte mussel.
From the beginning, Angulas Aguinaga has had an R + D + i department.
Our Quality Team is composed of technicians specialized in surimi , having received training in Japan, the originator of and the largest consumer of surimi in the world.
The manufacturing processes follow the strictest food safety requirements established by International Committees. Angulas Aguinaga is certified according to the BRC and IFS standards and is the first company in the world to obtain the ISO 22000 certificate.
On an international level, exports are mainly directed to Europe and Latin America where we benefit from a culinary culture very similar to ours and achieve a high volume of sales.
We have established and maintained successful collaborations with Spanish companies, as well as with some of the largest food companies in Japan and Europe.
